Get an unlocked iPhone from Orange

France Telecom have recently announced that the iPhone will be going on sale soon through out France, providing it is purchased with an Orange contract. Unusually though, the iPhone will be sold contract free for 649 Euros or 549 Euros with an Orange pay-monthly plan.

The most confusing part of this however, is that Orange is also selling an unlocked iPhone for any specific network you wish. This costs quite a bit however, at 749 Euros in total, which is 649 Euros for the iPhone itself and 100 Euros for the unlocking.
