Instead though it will be available (in April) to Japanese gamers in exchange for a yet to be revealed amount of Club Nintendo Points. This version of the controller however will not be for the system it was originally designed for... dur. Instead this version will be released specifically designed for connection the Nintendo Wii.

If you don't happen to live in Japan, or aren't lucky enough to have all the Club Points you need, maybe you should buy a standard SNES controller. There are plenty of SNES to Wii connection adapters available, so it's make-your-own time!
